Newsletter: Extension until 30/06/2021 of the agreements concluded by Luxembourg with France and Belgium regarding the homeworking of Belgian and French residents due to the COVID 19

 

Dear Client,

We inform you that the agreements regarding the tax treatment of cross-border workers in homeworking due to the COVID 19 concluded by Luxembourg with France and Belgium are extended until 30/06/2021.

We remind you that the agreement concluded with Germany concerning the homeworking of German residents in relation to the pandemic is extended from month to month until denunciation by one of the Competent Authorities.

We also remind you that the agreement concerning the affiliation to the social security of cross-border workers in homeworking concluded between Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium and France will expire on 30/06/2021.
