Newsletter: Introduction of a single bonus for employers to promote apprenticeship in the field of vocational training (temporary help)
Dear Client,
In the context of the COVID 19 sanitary crisis, the law of December 15, 2020 sets up the granting of single bonus per apprenticeship contract, hereinafter "bonus ", in favor of training organizations active within the framework of vocational training.
The bonus is intended to encourage companies to train new apprentices. It takes the form of a single, tax-free lump sum grant per initial and / or adult apprenticeship contract.

Conditions of obtaining:
To be able to benefit from the bonus, the applicant must have the right to train on the date of the request.
In addition, in the event of a resumption of a previously terminated apprenticeship contract, the apprentice must not have been the subject of more than two resumptions since June 24, 2020.
Introduction of the request:
The bonus request must be submitted no later than July 15, 2021 and contains the following documents and information:
- the name of the requesting training organization;
- the following supporting documents:
- proof of the current apprenticeship contract with the apprentice or his/her legal representative on the date of the request;
- proof of the apprentice's regular affiliation with the Centre commun de la sécurité sociale;
- proof of completion of the trial period by the apprentice;
- a record of apprentices from the training organization up to three years preceding the date of the request, with indication of national identification numbers;
- a bank identity statement relating to the bank account of the requesting training organization.
